I have placed my order how long will it take to arrive?
The timescale in which your order will arrive in varies depending on the item you have ordered. Each item description advises how long it will take to despatch your order, once your order has been despatched you will receive an email notification. Unless requested otherwise, all items are sent via Royal Mail 2 nd class signed for delivery, Royal Mail provide a delivery timescale of 1-3 working days.
Who will be delivering my order?
Unless requested otherwise, your order will be sent via Royal mail signed for 2 nd Class post. The delivery timescale as specified by Royal Mail is 1-3 working days.
I need my order sooner than your delivery times, how can I get a faster delivery?
We can offer express delivery for an additional fee, Please send a request via our website prior to ordering and we will advise you of the timescale and additional cost.
I have made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
If you have made a mistake please contact us as soon as you notice via our “contact” link on our website. If your personalised item has not yet gone into production, we will change your order and correct your mistake. If your item has already gone into production, unfortunately we will not be able to change anything, it is your responsibility to check all personalised details when placing your order, ensuring all spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct.
I have had a few house signs over the years and they all seem to weather really easy, how long will your sign last?
All our house signs our made using the toughest of materials which are hardwearing and weather resistant. Unlike a lot of signs currently available on the market, our signs are engraved, so the house number/names are not removable unlike when vinyl stickers are used.
I’ve entered the wrong delivery address, how can I change it?
As soon as you notice you have entered an incorrect delivery address please contact us via our website. If your item has not yet been despatched we will be able to change your delivery address. If your order has already been despatched, we will provide you with the royal mail tracking number and you will need to contact them directly to arrange a delivery redirection or a collection from one of their depots.
My order should be here by now but it still hasn’t arrived?
Please contact us via our contact form and we will advise you whether your order has been
despatched, if it has we will be able to provide your order tracking number and locate where your order is.
I have ordered a house sign, when it arrives how do I fit it?
All our signs are easy to fit and are sent with a fixing kit which includes screws, rawl plugs and step by step fitting instructions. If you have any issues fitting your sign then please do not hesitate to contact us, using our website contact form.
I have tried to place an order but I don’t have a house number only a house name, how can I place an order for a sign?
Please contact us via our website contact form, advising us of your chosen design and house name and we will send you a design proof for your approval.
Can you make your sign smaller/larger?
If you have seen a design you like on our website but would like it smaller/ larger to suit your
requirements, please get in contact with us and we can amend the dimensions and provide with you with the revised cost.
My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We are an online store, therefore do not have a store for you to visit with your damaged item. The easiest way for us to help you is by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a photograph of you damaged/broken item. We know how important it is for your item to arrive in perfect condition, therefore we will aim to reach a resolution as soon as possible.
